Year-1 RISE AR NOFO under Arkansas RHTP for workforce recruitment, training, retention, and innovation projects. Four main sub-initiatives (LEAD, PATHWAY, RETAIN, SKILL-UP) provide targeted programs supporting rural healthcare workforce development. Total Year 1 sub-initiative funding ceilings are $27,300,000; final awards depend on application review and state/federal approval.
Eligible applicants include state health agencies, hospitals, clinics, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), rural providers, nurses, physician assistants, behavioral health counselors, non-credentialed paraprofessionals, institutions of higher education, residency and fellowship programs, and academic medical institutions. Applicants must demonstrate organizational, operational, and financial capacity compliant with 2 CFR Part 200.
