New Mexico HCA On Site Health/Medical Clinic RFP (27-630-0900-0004)

Summary

The New Mexico Health Care Authority State Health Benefits (HCA/SHB) requests proposals for operating and staffing on-site health/medical clinics to provide services for eligible employees and dependents, including required vaccinations and statewide telehealth options. Initial space is provided in Santa Fe. The contract will be a single award with an initial four (4) year term; possible extension up to ten (10) years.

Eligibility

Offerors must be able to operate and staff an on-site health/medical clinic and offer a statewide telehealth option. The procurement is restricted to a single award contract for the State of New Mexico Health Care Authority State Health Benefits Division and the successful Offeror. Subcontracting is permitted but must be disclosed and approved. Standard state responsibility and debarment provisions apply.

Requirements Checklist

• Offeror must operate and staff at least one on-site health/medical clinic in provided State space (Santa Fe, initially) with the minimum staffing model outlined in the RFP. Required to provide a range of health and medical services, including no-cost vaccinations and telehealth. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the HCA EUNA procurement portal. Offerors must submit confidential financial info, campaign contribution disclosure, and letter of transmittal. Compliance with ADA, CLIA, and other state/federal health regs required.
