Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) nonprofits, private and public entities, local health departments, federally recognized Michigan tribes or an Indian Health Clinic program, and universities. Project director access requests due 5:00 PM Thursday, July 30, 2026; grant applications due 3:00 PM Tuesday, August 4, 2026 via EGrAMS. Award period: October 1, 2026 – September 30, 2027.
