Eligibility

Eligible applicants are Wyoming-based institutions or organizations authorized to sponsor, support, or operate physician post-graduate (residency) training programs in accordance with the track-specific RFA guidance available in the RHTP Submittable portal. Only State of Wyoming eligible entities may apply; see Notice of Funding Opportunity (CMS-RHT-26-001) and the portal listing for specific requirements. The prime applicant must be a Wyoming legal entity, such as a hospital, health system, or higher education institution that operates or sponsors accredited GME programs.

Requirements Checklist

• Applications must include a completed 0.1 Applicant Eligibility Information form, respond to all track-specific portal requirements, and adhere to both Notice of Funding (NOF) and Wyoming RHTP program rules, allowable cost categories, and contract requirements. Budgets and work plans should provide detailed justification per the 2.2 initiative and align with Submittable portal guidance and RHTP program expectations.
