Eligibility

Eligible applicants are West Virginia-based organizations capable of executing large-scale student outreach, such as state agencies, public higher education institutions, local education agencies, or other qualified entities as defined in the solicitation document.

Requirements Checklist

• Applicants must submit a proposal detailing their plan to expose at least 10,000 high school students to healthcare career pathways through outreach activities. The proposal should include a project narrative, timeline, outcomes, budget (if applicable), and information about the organization’s capacity. All proposals and required attachments must be submitted by the deadline. Applicant questions will be accepted until close of business on May 5, 2026 and must be submitted via email to the contact below. Answers will be made public.
