WV Birth to Three Regional Administrative Unit (RAU)

Summary

The WV Birth to Three Program seeks applicants for operation of Regional Administrative Units (RAU) for the 2026-2027 fiscal year. RAUs will provide implementation of local System Point of Entry functions, administrative oversight of data entry into the WVBTT Online system, and facilitate child find, interagency, and family engagement activities. Activities must align with WVBTT policy and program requirements. Funding is for one year, with potential for renewal subject to performance, program success, and continued availability of state and/or federal funds.

Eligibility

Eligible applicants are organizations with experience in administering early intervention or similar systems serving infants and toddlers, families, and communities; requirements and details are specified in the solicitation. See solicitation for detailed eligibility criteria.

Requirements Checklist

• Applicants must demonstrate the ability to implement System Point of Entry tasks, provide administrative oversight for WVBTT data, and facilitate required program activities in accordance with WV BTT Program policies and the Statement of Work for Regional Administrative Units. Compliance with 2 CFR 200 required.
