Supports West Virginia Hands & Voices in delivering statewide parent-to-parent follow-up services, parent support education, and family activities for infants referred to the Newborn Hearing Screening (NHS) Project. Services help deaf and hard-of-hearing (DHH) children and families navigate the Early Hearing Detection and Intervention (EHDI) system. Funding is for April 1, 2025, through March 31, 2026, with emphasis on parental engagement, timely outreach, and required data/reporting functions as described in NHS and Early Hearing Detection and Intervention guidelines.
