VDH Mobile Integrated Health Consulting & Project Management RFP

Summary

the Office of EMS (OEMS) in the development, launch, and evaluation of a statewide Mobile Integrated Health (MIH) and Community Paramedicine (CP) initiative under the Rural Health Transformation Program. Contractors will assist with policy and regulatory development, program design, workforce training, program evaluation, data metrics, and collaborative planning to improve rural health outcomes and EMS system sustainability.

Eligibility

Eligible applicants include companies and organizations with experience in healthcare consulting, EMS systems development, MIH/CP program implementation, training, data analytics, and/or related project management. Bidders may propose on one or more areas within the defined scope of work.

Requirements Checklist

• Applicants must submit a sealed proposal in response to the RFP requirements, including a completed pricing sheet (Addendum 7) with deliverable-based fixed pricing. Proposals must address one or more activities outlined in the Year 1 Scope of Work (Addendum 6), provide qualifications and relevant experience, and comply with all instructions and deadlines listed.
