The Multi-Assistance Center (MAC) Demonstration Project provides Single Point of Contact Coordination as well as medical, therapy, and non-medical services for individuals of all ages with special needs, including those with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), in Bexar County and other South Texas counties in Health Regions 8 and 11.
Eligible applicants include organizations capable of serving individuals with IDD or other special needs in specified South Texas counties (Health Regions 8 and 11). Organizations must demonstrate the ability to provide integrated, coordinated medical, therapy, and non-medical services.
