Rural Health Transformation Program: Statewide Tele-buprenorphine Access Line

Summary

The Minnesota Department of Health is soliciting proposals for the Rural Health Transformation Program: Statewide Tele-buprenorphine Access Line. The program supports planning, development, and implementation of a centralized tele-buprenorphine (telebupe) access line to deliver on-demand medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) via phone or video, with particular emphasis on rural and underserved populations. Eligibility

Eligible applicants are hospitals, federally qualified health centers, rural health clinics, tribal health organizations, behavioral health organizations, and telehealth providers enrolled in the Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP).
