Rural Health Telehealth Enhancements Grant

Summary

Grant opportunity supporting telehealth projects for rural hospitals participating in the AHEAD Model within Georgia. The Telehealth Enhancements Funding Notice will be released on June 15, 2026, with an application deadline of July 15, 2026. Pre-implementation funding of $750,000 is available for hospitals that submitted an LOI to the AHEAD Model.

Eligibility

Eligible applicants include rural hospitals in Georgia that submitted a Letter of Intent (LOI) to participate in the AHEAD Model. Critical Access Hospitals and CMS-certified Rural Health Clinics are also eligible for program participation.
