Requirements Checklist

• State vendor registration.
• Submit per RFP.
• Competitive RFP submission evaluated by committee.
• Proposals centering on rural health technology or innovation
• Meet all eligibility/reporting requirements
• Projects must increase telehealth claims, provider digital participation, cybersecurity, or technology-driven patient/provider outcomes in rural NV.
• Vendor registration with State of Nevada.
• Submission through competitive RFP procurement process.
• Business and vendor registration, Unique Entity ID, proposal per RFA.
• Proposal for adoption of IT, consumer technology, or AI health tools
• Description of outcomes on rural care access/delivery
• Project plan for implementation
• Registered vendor status with State of Nevada
• Projects should address rural health innovation and technology, preferably participation in CMS Aligned Networks
• Proposals must reflect the goals and priorities outlined for RHIT
• Funds awarded must be obligated by October 30, 2026, and liquidated by September 30, 2027
• No broadband infrastructure costs allowed
• Administrative costs capped at 10%
• Must be a registered vendor with State of Nevada
• Submit proposals for technology and innovation projects that address gaps in rural healthcare
• Projects must enable participation in CMS Aligned Networks and CMS Health Technology Ecosystem
• Funds must be obligated by October 30, 2026, and liquidated by September 30, 2027
• Administrative costs capped at 10% of total budget
• Broadband infrastructure is an unallowable cost
• Submit a complete application including RHIT Coversheet (Attachment A), Mandatory Response Questions (Attachment B), RHIT Budget Narrative and Budget (Attachment C), RHIT Project Narrative (Attachment D), and Letters of Commitment (as applicable).
• Applications must demonstrate clear alignment with program tracks and the applicant’s current needs, capacity, and goals.
• Applicants must be registered as State of Nevada vendors prior to funding.
• All proposed projects must comply with federal and state privacy, security, and interoperability requirements.
