North Dakota Health and Human Services, through the Rural Health Transformation Program, offers competitive funding for rural Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs) to receive technical assistance and comprehensive financial and operational assessments. The opportunity supports efforts to rightsize infrastructure and care delivery models for future sustainability. Up to 42 awards of $40,000 each are expected, and selected participants will receive assistance from the preferred TA vendor Eide Bailly in year one. Program includes market share analysis, productivity assessment, operational consulting, and development of an action plan for right-sizing services and infrastructure.
Rural Federally Qualified Health Centers and Critical Access Hospitals located in North Dakota are eligible to apply. Applicants must be able to participate in technical assistance and reporting requirements as outlined in the funding guidance.
