Summary

Eligibility

Eligible applicants include rural hospitals, health systems, Federally Qualified Health Centers, non-profit and community-based organizations serving rural Tennessee. Applicants must be tax-exempt as verified with the IRS, and registered with the Tennessee Secretary of State unless exempt under T.C.A. § 48-101-502.
