RHTP: Career Ladder Advancement Initiative

Summary

The RHTP is seeking applications for the Career Ladder Advancement Initiative. This program will provide up to $900,000 in funding to an eligible entity to support up to 150 rural healthcare workers in West Virginia. The goal is to expand and advance healthcare career pathways, prioritizing counties with high Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) scores.

Eligibility

Requirements Checklist

• Applicants must submit a complete application, including a detailed line-item budget (DLIB) and budget narrative following RHTP instructions. Applications must be submitted electronically via www.wvoasis.gov by the due date. All reporting, cost share/match, and expenditure compliance per the AFA requirements are mandatory.
