The State of Tennessee, Department of Human Resources, is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding a comprehensive, secure, and scalable technology solution to support the administration and management of Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) processes. The goal is to identify technology that streamlines case management, automates workflows, improves reporting, and ensures integration with state HR systems. Respondents are invited to submit details on product features, compliance, data security, pricing, and implementation strategies. Seeks information from qualified vendors on solutions for a state FMLA case management platform, with features including workflow automation, reporting, security, integration, and compliance. Input will inform a possible future RFP.
Eligibility
Qualified technology/software vendors capable of delivering an FMLA case management platform that meets the specified requirements.
Qualified technology vendors and systems integrators are invited to respond.
Review detailed business needs in Table 3.1 and indicate how solution addresses them.
Complete Technical Informational Form detailing previous experience, business needs assessment, risk mitigation, implementation, maintenance, and support.
Provide Cost Informational Form outlining pricing units, ranges, hosting, and support costs.
Respond to specific questions on compliance, data security, accessibility, and system integration.
Complete all technical and cost information forms provided.
Address business need alignment and risk mitigation.
Provide detail on supporting, maintenance, UAT, and additional features.
Submit descriptive promotional materials.
