The Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (TDMHSAS) issues this Request for Information (RFI) to collect input from qualified vendors regarding Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems suitable for supporting and enhancing inpatient behavioral health operations at four state-operated Regional Mental Health Institutes. The goal is to assess modern, scalable platforms offering workflow optimization, advanced clinical tools, data analytics, interoperability, AI-enabled features, and robust privacy and security. This RFI is a preliminary step to inform a potential future procurement. This RFI is issued to collect information from vendors regarding electronic health record solutions for the State's Regional Mental Health Institutes. Vendor input will inform specifications for a potential future procurement.

Eligibility

Open to qualified vendors who provide behavioral health EHR solutions and have experience supporting inpatient psychiatric facilities. Qualified vendors with experience providing behavioral health EHR solutions, especially in state-operated or government inpatient psychiatric settings, are encouraged to respond. All interested parties/vendors that provide behavioral health EHR solutions.
