Eligible applicants include clinical and non-clinical health care entities, local governments, tribal organizations, and community-based entities either located in or primarily serving rural Floridians as defined by the RFA. The initiative totals $60,500,000 in Year 1 statewide funding, aims for sustainable, modernized models of rural health care, and requires service launches and core milestones within 90–180 days post-award.
Eligible entities include for-profit or non-profit healthcare providers, community-based and non-clinical organizations, and governmental or tribal entities either located in Florida’s rural regions or actively serving rural Floridians as defined by AHCA for RHTP purposes. MyFloridaMarketPlace vendor registration is required. Medicaid participation is not mandatory.
