Nevada WRRAP – Provider Recruitment and Retention Program

Requirements Checklist

• Applicants must submit all required components: Coversheet (Attachment A), Budget Narrative (B), Budget Plan (C), Project Narrative/Work Plan (D & E), and Letters of Commitment as applicable.
• Projects must include a 5-year rural service commitment for recruited providers.
• Administrative costs are capped at 10%; no indirect cost is allowed.
• All funds must be spent by September 30, 2027 (BP1); no carryforward is allowed.
• Recipients must register as a Nevada vendor prior to award.
• Subrecipients must comply with all reporting and documentation requirements including monthly fiscal, quarterly progress, annual/final reports.
• Proposals must target improvements in one or more rural health domains: chronic disease, primary care (including oral health), behavioral health (including substance use and youth mental health), and maternal/infant health. Applicants must adhere to collaborative models of care and administrative cost limits (≤10%). All requirements and guidance will be detailed in the RFA.
• Applicants must demonstrate readiness, need, and commitment to sustainable health and fitness programming. Applications must be submitted by email to RHTP@nvha.nv.gov by the due date. No cost share or match is required. Required documentation includes program narrative, budget, and readiness assessment.

Email submission through pre-populated email to RHTP@nvha.nv.gov; specific submission link provided in RFA. Submissions will occur through the Nevada State procurement system. Begin vendor registration at NV Vendor Services: https://www.nvha.nv.gov/vendors/ Full submission procedures will be included in the RFP. By email to RHTP@nvha.nv.gov
