This opportunity provides up to $5,500,000 in federal RHTP funds to support equipment purchases and minor facility renovations aimed at expanding mental health crisis response, stabilization, and substance use withdrawal services in rural Nebraska hospitals and behavioral health facilities.

Eligibility

Eligible applicants are rural hospitals and behavioral health providers seeking funding for equipment and minor building alterations or renovations to existing facilities. Applicants must be eligible rural entities as defined in the RFA and must have a registered name on SAM.gov.
