Eligible entities include Maine rural hospitals, primary care providers, behavioral health providers, community health worker programs, community organizations, and vendors registered with the State of Maine. Must have an active Vendor Self Service (VSS) registration.

Requirements Checklist

• Register as State of Maine vendor with active User ID and password in VSS system
• Respond to competitive RFPs or contract solicitations posted by ME DAFS
• Comply with application requirements set forth in each RFP
• Projects must align with one or more RHTP initiatives and proposed activities
