Iowa School Based Services (RFP MEDIOMC26023)

Summary

The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services intends to release RFP MEDIOMC26023 for the provision of medical, mental/behavioral, and dental health services using rural Iowa schools as sites of service under Iowa's Healthy Hometowns Rural Health Transformation Plan. The estimated total funding is approximately $209,040,063.71, to be awarded as 100% federal funding, supporting contract(s) beginning October–November 2026. A Q&A period is planned for July–August 2026 with the RFP release, bid proposals due September 2026, and contract awards expected October–November 2026.
