Interfacility Transport Project Request for Applications (Kansas RHTP 4.3.1)

KDHE invites eligible organizations that currently provide, or can provide, interfacility transport/transfers to apply under Kansas Rural Health Transformation Program 4.3.1. The project supports transport coordination improvements aimed at reducing delays and improving rural patient outcomes.

Eligible organizations that currently provide interfacility transport/transfers, or can provide those services as part of the proposed application scope.
