Eligibility

Eligible applicants include entities that are not Managed Care Organizations contracted with the Department during the term of the contract. The Department prefers Minority-Owned Businesses or Minority-Led Non-Profits, who will be awarded additional preference points. Entities must demonstrate capacity to serve Medicaid-enrolled populations in specified Illinois regions.
