Solicitation for a contractor to design, implement, and maintain Idaho's Health Alert Network (HAN) for emergency communications as part of the RHTP FY26 cycle. Contractor responsibilities include independent evaluation and analytics for program performance, building a statewide data reporting process for multiple subrecipients, developing dashboards and reports to support federal and state reporting requirements, and providing objective assessment of program, financial, and outcome tracking.
