The State of Vermont Office of Purchasing & Contracting, in coordination with the Agency of Digital Services and Green Mountain Care Board (GMCB), seeks proposals for Health Data Infrastructure Transformation support. This project is part of the Rural Health Transformation (RHT) Grant, seeking comprehensive vendor support to improve statewide health data reporting, interoperability, and analytics, contingent upon Year 2 federal grant funding.
