Embeds new learner types (students, residents) into rural communities by expanding rural rotation programs. At least 50% of training must occur in rural or tribal communities. Eligibility
Applicants must be located in or provide services in rural and tribal North Dakota health care facilities. Entities within Grand Forks, Fargo, West Fargo and Bismarck are considered urban and do not qualify unless at least 50% of the population served or the focus is North Dakota rural citizens. Eligible applicants include hospitals, clinics, home care providers, long-term care facilities, behavioral health providers, tribes and Tribal health organizations (excluding Indian Health Services), emergency medical services providers, local public health, non-profit organizations, and education systems.

Requirements Checklist
