the rural health workforce and ultimately ensure that Vermonters receive the right care at the right time for an affordable cost. Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Agency of Human Services, Department of Vermont Health Access is seeking to a contractor, or contractors, to provide Clinical Knowledge Translation to accomplish the Blueprint for Health’s workforce support and development goals. This RFP details the proposal submission and evaluation processes, the required experience of the bidder, the scope of work to be performed, and the resulting contract deliverables. The State may enter into a contract to have the selected vendor(s) perform all or part of the tasks identified in the Desired Services described in Section 2 of this RFP.

Eligibility

Eligible applicants include contractors or organizations with demonstrated experience in clinical knowledge translation and workforce development for health care services. Bidders must be able to meet requirements for workforce support, system development, and Vermont-specific guideline development as described in Section 2 of the RFP.
