Comprehensive State Health Plan

Summary

Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH) is soliciting sealed proposals (RFx 3180002944) from qualified vendors for the development and publication of the Mississippi Comprehensive State Health Plan (MCSHP). The resulting data-driven statewide plan will provide an assessment of health status, healthcare system capacity, and future needs in Mississippi. Key deliverables require a rural health system assessment, review and recommendations regarding Certificate of Need (CON) plan components, multi-sector stakeholder engagement, and a final statewide health planning framework to inform policy, system investment, and alignment with CMS and federal objectives.

Eligibility

Qualified vendors capable of providing statewide health planning, rural healthcare systems analysis (including data, workforce, and infrastructure needs), stakeholder engagement, and health policy assessment, as defined in RFP RFx 3180002944.
