This program is part of North Dakota's five-year Rural Health Transformation Program, designed to strengthen rural health workforce, promote preventive care, bring high-quality care closer to home, and connect technology, data, and providers.
Eligible applicants are organizations capable of advancing behavioral health promotion in rural and tribal North Dakota communities, including nonprofits, local government, tribal entities, community-based organizations, and educational institutions. Entities must complete North Dakota Secretary of State registration and state vendor registry requirements. SAM.gov registration and a UEI are mandatory for awards under federal funds.
