• This funding opportunity is based upon an approved budget for a 12-month period (, 2026, through June 30, 2027). Funds will be dispersed via a subrecipient grant agreement from the West Virginia Department of Health (DH) with potential annual renewal for a twelve month period of performance and based upon performance and program success. Any activities awarded should be complementary, and not duplicative, regardless of federal or state funding. Funding will be awarded based on the organization’s eligibility to meet application requirements.: July 1
